Germany’s First AI Tool for Patient Documentation

Jameda, a leading medical platform, has introduced Noa Notes, Germany’s first AI-powered app for patient documentation. Designed for almost every doctor-patient interaction, this app uses advanced speech recognition to make documenting consultations faster and easier. It helps doctors spend more time with patients and less time on paperwork.

After extensive testing since May, the app was officially launched in September. Over 100 medical practices tested Noa Notes in 2,000 trials, and results show it can save up to 11 minutes per patient during documentation.

Making Doctors’ Work Easier

Noa Notes addresses a big issue in healthcare: the overwhelming time doctors spend on documentation. Surveys reveal that nine out of ten doctors struggle with paperwork, often spending more than three hours daily on it. By automating note-taking, Noa Notes aims to ease this burden and improve patient care.

Doctors who tested the app, like Dr. Amir Gharagozlou, report dramatic time savings—cutting documentation time from 15 minutes to just 4 minutes per patient. While most users praise its speed and accuracy, some want better integration with their Practice Management Systems (PVS).

Jameda is working with system providers to improve compatibility. For now, doctors can try Noa Notes for free, experiencing firsthand how AI can make their work more efficient.
