Boom, a platform for short-term rentals, has launched the first AI-powered property management system (PMS) in the world. This new system, called “AiPMS,” aims to simplify tasks for property managers by automating sales, operations, maintenance, and handling reviews.
Previously, Boom’s AI tools worked alongside other property management software, but now, with the addition of a booking engine, channel manager, and other features, it provides a full management solution. This helps property managers save on costs by reducing the need for multiple third-party tools.
According to Boom’s founder and CEO, Shahar Goldboim, the AiPMS is a game changer. It allows property managers to spend less time on repetitive tasks and more on important decisions, ultimately enhancing guest experiences and increasing value for property owners.
One key feature is an AI-driven sales agent that operates 24/7. It can negotiate rates, handle bookings in multiple languages, and manage guest inquiries, maintenance, and cleaning. It also provides financial reports, helping property managers make smarter decisions.
For those who prefer to keep their current software, Boom will still offer its original AI tools that can be integrated with existing systems.
“Our goal is to help property managers work smarter with advanced technology,” Goldboim said. “This not only improves guest experiences with faster service but also boosts profits for property owners and investors through higher booking rates and occupancy.
