Helm.ai, a top company in AI for self-driving cars and robots, has launched a new tool called WorldGen-1. This tool helps create and test self-driving car systems by simulating realistic driving scenarios.
Key Features of WorldGen-1:
- Realistic Data Generation: WorldGen-1 creates accurate sensor and perception data for cameras, lidar, and odometry. It can mimic real-world driving situations.
- Behavior Prediction: It predicts the actions of pedestrians, cars, and the main vehicle. This helps in planning and managing different driving scenarios.
- Data Augmentation: WorldGen-1 can turn existing camera data into multi-sensor data, saving costs on data collection.
